Ordinary People
You may look at yourself as just a normal, average, everyday ordinary person, and you may see that as a bad thing.  But I have good news for you…God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
Moses wasn`t born a great leader.  He even had a stuttering problem when he spoke.  Yet God used him to lead the nation of Israel.
The Apostle Paul was a short, rather whiny voiced man whose entire life had been built around becoming a leader in the Pharisees.  Yet God used him to start the Church and his epistles make up 14 of the 27 books of the New Testament.
So the next time you look in the mirror and think how ordinary you are, get yourself ready because God can and will do extraordinary things through you if you are willing and obedient. (JW)

Don`t Talk to Me!
Did you know that the devil has no right to talk to you?  Well, he doesn`t.  God does not give satan permission to engage you in a conversation of any kind.
Think of it this way.  Would you allow a stranger, or someone you know to be a wicked person, come up to your child and talk with them?  Certainly not!  Your defense mechanism and all your strength would rise up within you to drive them off and cover that child to protect them.
Jesus Christ has taken up residence inside of the believer as First John 4:4 tells us that, “…greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.”  Jesus is covering and protecting you.
Have no conversations with the devil.  He may try to whisper in your ear, but speak only with the Lord, and speak only the Word, and watch the devil take off! (JW)

Showers of Blessings
Listening to the weather report on the evening news can cause people to think that rain is an evil thing.  “Another rainy weekend, when will all of this bad weather end?”  They don`t seem to realize that if they want food to eat and water to drink, it must rain.
God has promised showers of blessing upon His people.  Not just the physical blessing of rain, but the showers of blessing that come from the Spirit of God to the spirit of man!  These blessings come in the form of dwelling in peace and safety, health and healing, and living a prosperous and blessed life of abundance here on earth.
So the next time the weather forecast calls for rain, be uplifted and give thanks to the Lord for ALL the showers of blessing that are coming your way!  There shall be showers of blessing…this is the promise of God! (JW)

"For God loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Jesus would be saved.

Be of Good Cheer
There are ups and downs, trials and tribulations in everyday life.  These are things designed by the enemy to overcome us and cause us to lose faith and hope.  Jesus was well aware of what went on and still goes on in this world in which we live.
Everything He did and said was done to prepare us for this moment in our lives.  He gave us this hope in John 16:33 when He said, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace.  In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
Born again believer, Jesus Christ lives within you.  He is the victor in every battle, and as you face this new day (no matter what it holds) be of good cheer knowing that Jesus Christ has overcome the world for YOU! (JW)
God loved us so much that He gave His Son as a gift, so that we might have
eternal life with Him.
Pray the prayer of salvation right now.
Don't wait.
